Back in May, I decided to take a break from pure strength to work on body fat and cardio ability, mostly through diet and kettlebell.
As you can see from the sharp dip, Dukan provides pretty intense weight loss. My body fat fell from about 16.6% to about 13%. That implies that I lost about five pounds of muscle and ten pounds of fat.
Now that I’m done with Spartan’s, Rugged’s, and Mudder’s, it’s time to get strong again. Starting Strength from square one.
My wife bought me a Jawbone Up…pretty good for tracking my sleep quality.
