So, my friends and I ran our first Tough Mudder. On the whole the main challenge of the race was simply the distance. 11 Miles is significantly longer than any race I’ve ever done. Until this point, my longest run was about 6 miles.
The Obstacles were mentally demanding but not so physically demanding as the Spartan obstacles. I’ll probably do more Spartans next year, fewer Tough Mudders.
